The Daughters of Destiny’s mission is to live out 1Peter 3:4 which says that a woman’s beauty should be that of her inner self, the unfolding beauty of a gentle and quite spirit…growing in the love and grace of our Father God.

Our role model is Jesus Christ, a man about the business of His Father, yet allowing Himself time to have fun, enjoy good friends, fellowship, food and laughter without compromising His anointing.

 

So…our purpose is quite simplistic.  As the word

of God says, “A merry heart doeth good like a

medicine”…and the Evening of Elegance is a night

for us to take a dose of the merriest God offers to

His children.  As women of righteousness, we are

daughters of the KING; arrayed in His splendor;

adorned in His beauty. This evening is to bring a

smile to the face of our God and to each of us…
